Your tasks


  • Production of baked goods:
    • Producing a variety of baked goods including breads, rolls, cakes and pastries in accordance with the company's quality standards.
    • Compliance with recipes and specifications to ensure product quality.
  • Working at night:
    • Carrying out all baking and pastry work during the night from Sunday to Thursday, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
    • Ensuring that production processes run smoothly, even at night.
  • Quality control and hygiene:
    • Monitoring the baking processes and ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety standards.
    • Controlling product quality and ensuring fresh and tasty baked goods for our customers.
  • Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and successful production.
    • Communicating feedback and suggestions for improvement to the team and superiors.

Your profile


  • Experience in the bakery or confectionery trade:
    • Completed training as a baker or confectioner or comparable qualification.
    • Proven experience in the production of baked goods, ideally also in night work.
  • Resilience and reliability:
    • Ability to work precisely and efficiently in a demanding environment under time pressure and at night.
    • Reliability and punctuality in order to adhere to established working hours.
  • Hygiene awareness:
    • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and understanding the importance of food safety in the bakery.
